What SagCoach does

  • A catalogue that shows its proof

Type “fox 38” and pick your fork. SagCoach only prefills values backed by a word-for-word quote from the manufacturer’s document: click counts, ranges, tokens, maximum pressure. You fill in the rest.

Forks, shocks, frames, wheels and tyres. Spotted a wrong value? Tap “Report an error” and we check the record against its source again.

  • Your setups and their history

Several bikes, several setups per bike: “Rocky”, “Bike park”. Every change creates a new version. You see what moved, and you can go back to an earlier version whenever you like.

Clicks are always counted from fully closed.

Bike page for the Enduro: the active setup, and the gear, a 170 mm Fox 38 fork and a Fox Float X shock with their settings.
  • Your sheet on the lock screen

Export your setup sheet as a wallpaper, or as a PDF. At the trailhead, your pressures and clicks are right there, no need to unlock your phone.

Next: guided SAG, then your coach

Not in the app yet. Here is what is coming, in this order.

Guided SAG measurement

Pressure, equalising strokes, O-ring against the seal, a reading in millimetres: the app works out your SAG and compares it with the manufacturer’s target.

Your coach

Example

Bottoming out at the end of the descent.

Your shock is running out of travel. Add one volume spacer so it ramps up at the end. You’ll feel more support on big hits. Go ride, then tell me how it felt!

+1 tokenShock · volume

The coach reads how the ride felt and the ride itself, and suggests one change at a time. A rules engine decides, always within the manufacturer’s ranges.

How it works

  1. Add your bike

Only the name is required. Fill in the rest whenever you like.

  2. Find your fork and shock

Proven values fill themselves in. You complete the missing ones.

  3. Save your setup

Export your sheet as a wallpaper, and go ride.
